Need to Know: The HOA requires a 7 night stay. There is an HOA application that needs to be completed for guests. This requires a photo of a drivers license and a $150 HOA fee. The elevator is unable to be used during heavy storms, so those with difficulty navigating stairs may need to plan accordingly. This unit is DTWN zoned by the City of Sarasota.
